GovDash covers discovery, capture, pricing, proposals and contracts in one system. This page explains what that buys you, what is known about the cost, and when a smaller tool is the better first step.
GoNoGo is a different kind of tool. It is a mobile-first federal contracting workflow app, built by ContractIQ, that helps a contractor build a business entity profile in seconds, get curated SAM.gov results and editable saved searches, and decide Go, Hold, or No-Go on the opportunities already in front of them. When a pursuit needs a human, ContractIQ can plug in behind the app.

GovDash is an AI platform for the full contract lifecycle. It has separate modules for discovery, capture, pricing, proposal development and contract management, plus a data library that holds resumes, past performance and company documents, and an AI agent that works across all of them. It presents a serious compliance and security posture, including FAR and DFARS clause handling, compliance matrices and audit trails. Its site cites more than 300 teams using it.
GovDash is organised around producing and managing the bid. The discovery module exists so the rest of the system has something to work on, but the weight of the product sits in capture, pricing and proposal.
That design assumes there are people whose job is those things. A capture manager, a proposal manager, someone who owns pricing. It is a good assumption for the companies it targets and a bad one for a two-person shop where the owner does all of it between site visits.
GoNoGo assumes the opposite: that the person deciding is also the person doing everything else, and that the scarce resource is attention, not proposal throughput.
GoNoGo launches with SAM.gov federal opportunities because most contractors do not first need another large system. They need a better way to handle the official federal opportunity feed they already depend on. Starting there means GoNoGo can be focused, fast, mobile and useful from day one: build the entity profile, see curated federal opportunities, edit saved searches, decide Go, Hold, or No-Go, and learn from every click. As the platform grows, GoNoGo expands into additional opportunity sources while keeping the same profile-driven decision workflow.
GovDash does not publish prices. Access to plan details goes through a demo, and we did not find a self-serve price anywhere on their site. Third-party estimates circulate, but none of them come from GovDash and none can be traced to a primary source, so this page does not repeat them as if they were prices.
GoNoGo is free to start, with daily usage credits, so you can keep building your entity profile, reviewing opportunities and refining your pipeline before committing more time or money.
GoNoGo is a workflow, not a filter. You build an entity profile, and that profile turns into saved searches and curated SAM.gov results you can edit at any time. From there you review each notice against how your company actually works, mark it Go, Hold, or No-Go, and keep the reasoning attached to the opportunity so the pipeline holds together.
The part that matters over time is that it learns. Your searches, the notices you open, the decisions you make and what moves through your pipeline build a clearer picture of what your company should see next.
If proposal throughput is what limits you, GovDash is built for exactly that and this page has said so.
GoNoGo helps you handle more of the opportunity review yourself. ContractIQ is the professional support layer behind it, for the work that is too technical, too time-consuming or too high-risk to guess on: solicitation review, Go/No-Go decisions on a specific pursuit, compliance matrix development, pricing strategy, proposal review, teaming questions, and fractional contracting office support.
The point is not to push every contractor into a large engagement. It is to plug in where help is actually needed, from a one-time review to ongoing monthly support. The judgment stays with your team.
The integration between modules is the actual product: having past performance, pricing and the proposal in one place removes a genuine source of errors. It also takes compliance seriously, with FAR and DFARS clause handling, compliance matrices and audit trails, which matters to anyone whose contracts touch sensitive unclassified data. If FedRAMP status is part of your buying criteria, check the current FedRAMP Marketplace listing rather than any vendor page, including this one.
When you have a capture or proposal function, when compliance requirements make FedRAMP relevant, and when proposal throughput is what limits how much you win.
When there is no proposal team because there is no team. When you need to know if this opportunity deserves your week before anyone drafts anything.
GoNoGo can be a starting point for a company entering federal work, but it is also a scale-back option for teams that have used heavier tools or outsourced services and want more autonomy and day-to-day control. Use the software for the work your team can handle in-house. Put the savings back into the business, or into targeted ContractIQ support only where you actually need it.
Every alternatives list in this category is published by a vendor, including this one. The split by job:
SAM.gov, the governmentwide point of entry where agencies synopsize proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000, and it costs nothing. Worth knowing: not everything runs through it. Task orders under a multiple-award IDIQ are competed among the existing awardees under fair opportunity, and calls against a BPA generally are not synopsized.
Built for producing the bid.
Built for triage: which of these is worth your week. GoNoGo is here. The full category breakdown covers the six jobs these tools do.
We reviewed the rest of this group one by one: SamSearch, Gov Contract Finder, Procurement Sciences, Sweetspot and Federal Compass.
